Stage 1 — Specification Review (Days 1–5)

Submit a design brief: sketch, dimensions, reference photos, or any combination. Stage 2 — Material and Component Selection (Days 3–7)

You select timber species, finish color, sisal grade, platform fabric type, and hardware. Stage 3 — Sample Production (Days 7–25)

Stage 4 — Sample Review and Revision (Days 25–38)

Stage 5 — Bulk Production (Days 38–68)

Standard production for 100–300 units runs 25–35 working days from deposit receipt and sample approval. Stage 6 — Pre-Shipment QC and Documentation (Days 65–72)

We prepare a complete documentation package: commercial invoice, packing list, material COA, CARB test reports, and FSC chain-of-custody documentation where applicable.
